Scan the QR code to install
Open your phone's camera (iPhone) or go to Settings > SIM Manager (Android) and scan the QR code. Follow the prompts to install your eSIM. Do this while you're still on WiFi, ideally before your trip.

Is this a data-only eSIM?
Yes. TripoSIM provides mobile data only. Your regular SIM stays active for calls and SMS. Use WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Zoom for voice/video calls over data.
When does validity start?
Your plan's validity period begins when you first use data, not when you purchase or install. So feel free to install before your trip.
Can I use hotspot?
Most plans support hotspot/tethering, but it uses your data faster. Check the plan details before purchasing.
Can I transfer the eSIM to another device?
No. Each QR code is single-use and tied to one device. If you need to switch phones, you would need a new eSIM.
What if I run out of data?
You can purchase a top-up directly from your dashboard if your plan supports it. Top-ups are added instantly.
