1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TripoSIM services (operated by BroadNet Technologies LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

TripoSIM provides prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for international travelers. Our service delivers digital eSIM profiles via QR codes that enable mobile data connectivity through local carrier networks in supported destinations. TripoSIM does not provide voice calling or SMS services through the eSIM itself.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have an eSIM-compatible device to use our services. You are responsible for ensuring your device is unlocked and supports eSIM technology before purchasing.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Purchases and Payments

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the displayed amount. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. eSIM Usage

  • Each QR code is for single use on one device and cannot be transferred.
  • Plan validity begins upon first data usage, not upon purchase or installation.
  • Data allowances are as stated at the time of purchase.
  • Unused data does not roll over after the validity period expires.
  • Hotspot/tethering usage counts against your data allowance.
  • TripoSIM eSIMs are for personal, lawful use only.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous service, network coverage and speeds depend on local carrier infrastructure and may vary by location. We do not guarantee specific speeds, uninterrupted service, or coverage in all areas within a destination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BroadNet Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of TripoSIM services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use TripoSIM services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, to interfere with network operations, or to resell our services without authorization.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
