What is the difference between a regional plan and a country plan?
A regional plan covers a group of countries (e.g. all of Europe) under one data allowance. A country plan is valid only in one destination but often cheaper if you are visiting just one country.
When should I buy my eSIM before traveling?
Buy and install before you leave, while on Wi-Fi. Your plan starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination — so installing early is safe as long as you keep its line switched off until you arrive (if the line is on, your phone can connect by itself and start the plan).
